Do your caregivers perform dialysis treatments?
No. Superior Healthcare Services does not perform dialysis. Our role is the expert, attentive support around it: watching for warning signs, helping with mobility, keeping the renal diet and medications on track, and giving families peace of mind. We work hand in hand with your dialysis center and clinical team.
When are caregivers available?
We schedule around your treatment days and your life, seven days a week, including evenings and weekends. Whether you need a few hours of monitoring after each session or steady daily support, we shape the schedule to fit.
Are your caregivers trained for renal care?
Yes. Caregivers assigned to renal support are prepared in renal-diet guidelines, fluid monitoring, post-treatment safety, and recognizing the early signs of complications. Our team includes experienced care professionals supported by registered nurse supervision.
How do you coordinate with my dialysis center?
We become an extension of the care you already trust. Our team communicates with your dialysis nurse, documents what we observe, and shares those notes so everyone stays aligned. The goal is seamless continuity between your center and your home.
What does renal support cost?
Ongoing hourly renal support begins at $36 per hour, and specialized nursing visits are priced by level of clinical need. Every family starts with a complimentary consultation so we can recommend the right plan and give you a clear, personalized quote. Custom pricing is available for higher-hour and more complex care plans.
What payment options do you accept?
Superior Healthcare Services accepts private pay and long-term care insurance. We are glad to walk your family through the options and help you understand what coverage may apply to your situation.
