Superior Healthcare Services began with a simple conviction: families deserve more than a rotating cast of caregivers. They deserve a team that knows their loved one, communicates honestly, and brings clinical judgment to everyday care.
Over a decade of serving Metro Atlanta families, we saw the same story again and again. Care at home was fragmented. A caregiver handled daily living, but no one was watching the whole picture: the medications, the doctor visits, the slow changes in health that families notice too late.
So we built something different. Today we combine private-pay home care with concierge nursing and healthcare advocacy, so one trusted team coordinates everything from morning routines to medical appointments. Caregivers bring the compassion. Nurses bring the oversight. Families get their peace of mind back.

We are a licensed Georgia Private Home Care Provider (License #PHCP010820), and our standards meet or exceed what the state requires:

• Every caregiver is background-checked, trained, and competency-evaluated before serving clients.
• Registered nurses supervise care plans, with regular supervisory home visits to every client.
• Nursing services are delivered only by Georgia-licensed nurses, with RN oversight and physician communication.
• Every client has a written service agreement and a personalized service plan, reviewed and updated as needs change.
• A quality improvement program continuously monitors care outcomes and client satisfaction.
